Where is the Item Set Manager?

Complete noob question, but I'm trying to access the Item Set Manager in the Demo Scene so I can have a knife in one hand and a pistol in the other. How do I launch the Item Set Manager?

There is a picture of a knife in one hand and pistol in the other, but it doesn't appear to be in by default.

You can find it on Nolan character.

You can add item set with '+' button and then drag particular item type into respective slot (0 for right hand item & 1 for left hand)
