Upgrading from Third Person to Ultimate Character Controller

I am going to upgrade from third person to ultimate and was just reading around on the forums and I found where Justin answered about this on version 2 that since I already have the third person up and going installing the ultimate will just update a few files, is that still the same case? I just wanted to double check before I started the process. Thanks!
 
Yes, it's a similar process as version 2 where the ultimate will add the first person files.
