Two DetectObjectAbilityBase abilities based on triggers (Enter/Exit) are triggering at the same time, while having the same Object ID

Two DetectObjectAbilityBase abilities based on triggers (Enter/Exit) are triggering at the same time. The trigger obj has the Object Identifier script on them, but with different object ID's and they are on different layers.
 
I am not following. Can you give more details? Can you explain how to reproduce the problem in the demo scene?
