Moving Without Animation

In 2.1 of TPC, I have several times been able to trigger a bug in which the character "glides" along without playing the walk animations. Eventually it corrects itself when coming in contact with a collider. I saw someone mention this before but I can't find the post. Is this one of the things that is being fixed in 2.1.1?
 
Is this related to jumping? If so that has been fixed in 2.1.1, but if it's something else and you can list the steps to reproduce that would be great.
 
Here is some footage of it. As you can see jumping corrected it. Maybe a grounded bool sometimes isn't being set or something?
