Jump not working

I have the jump ability enabled but when I press the space bar nothing happens. It is mapped correctly in the Project Settings. What's happening?
 
If I were to guess it is probably because jump isn't taking priority within the ability list. But was it previously working in your project? If so, what change did you make to get it to a state where it is no longer working?

Beyond that if you can tell me how to reproduce it within a fresh project I can say what is wrong.
