How hard would be or is it possible to have the First Person Controller do a slight up and down motion while moving forward as if a bird is flying. ie. when the birds flap their wings... there is kind of an up and down slight motion... I would like to have it as if I'm flying a bird. Is that possible?

It's definitely possible - take a look at the docs and the video for the ability system. Eventually we'll also be adding a flying ability.
 
I checked it out... I know about adding abilities... I'm talking about moving the camera in the manner that I was talking about.
 
like every downstroke in the animation... the camera slowly moves up... and every upstroke... it slowly moves down.
 
Oh, flying ability addon would be really cool. I guess wingsuit flying and parachute would be more general in my opinion and it's used in many games. ^^
I can't wait until we have the addon.
