The arms field was added in version 2.2 - I recommend updating

I have purchased and download UFPS from the Asset Store in the last week but i don't know why i got the version of 2.1.10, Now Please guide me that How can i update to Version 2.2 because i have download UFPS from the asset store in the last week and i got the version 2.1.10

Make sure you are using Unity 2018.4 or later. Besides that you could try deleting the Asset Store cache and downloading again:

I am currently using Unity 2018.4.0f1 and i also deleted Asset Store Cache but the problem is still there...
Hmm, I'm not sure then. If you contact support@unity3d.com they should be able to help.
