Hi is it possible to drag and drop items between inventory slots? Or maybe right-click for transferring an item? If not, what would be the best way to approach that?

drag&drop is coming to version 1.1, depending on how many features we need to add it could take a while to release (a few months).
When you mean transfer do you mean sending an item from one inventory to another? If so check out the storage menu of the demo it shows an example of exactly that.
If you mean moving an item within the same grid to a different index, then that is currently not possible.
v1.1 will focus on improving UI, we'll have filters, sorters, drag&drop, lists, tabs, floating windows, multi slot items, and much more.
It'll come with an editor to build your inventory UI from scratch
