Differences between Ultimate Character Controller / UFPS and TPS

I'm a bit confused on the main differences between the three assets.
If i own UFPS and buy TPS it's the 'same' as having UCC alone ? Or in order to have both first and third i 'need' to get UCC ?

It is the same functionality, but you will need to make sure you import the demo scene on the downloads page. Beyond that it's just two packages instead of one. Unfortunately on the Asset Store there isn't a way to automatically unlock a package when you have two other packages so there's not a way to get UCC if you have both independently.
