Decal Manager

I am noticing that the Decal Manager script is disabling itself when the game is started. Any ideas why? The decals eventually stop working and then i get transform.localScale is not valid errors.
 
The decal manager disabling itself is no problem. Can you list the steps to reproduce by following this post?

 
That is intended - if there are no decals that need to be weathered then it will disable itself.
