I don't fully understand what you're describing - are you able to reproduce this in the demo scene at all? If so a short video of the issue would be useful. Is third person adventure the movement type or view type you're using (or both)?
I am using Perspective: Third and Third Person Adventure Movement Type.
The camera is faster than the walking animation and the character snaps forward to catch up with the camera.
I just want the camera go floating with the animation.
Is your character transform actually moving? My guess is that your animation is not using root motion so the skeleton is moving but the root object is not. This will make it appear as though the camera is not following the character.
