    I think I figured out the height changes to be multiples of 1 meter. There's ground level, 2nd level (3 meters up) and 3rd level (6 meters up). And then there's the basement!

    Did you have Houdini FX or Indie? I talk to the support time from time to time, and they're pretty helpful with licensing issues. I'm using Indie version 16.5. Here's an update on the geometry.
