According to Rewired Debug Information I'm getting input from everything I've setup: Horizontal / Vertical / Fire, but nothing is actually happening in UCC afaict. What's the glue that connects UCC with Rewired?

It doesn't look like you have any of the rewired prefabs in the scene. Make sure you follow step six of the integration documentation.
