Nolan falls through terrain collider

Using Unity 2019.1.0f2, latest UCC, and the Pirates Island asset from the asset store. As long as the character is on a box collider, like a walkway, I have no problems, but as soon as I step onto the Terrain Collider in the scene, my character falls through.
 
It was not, thank you very much! :) The terrain from the asset was actually not assigned to any layer. I made a new one called Terrain, assigned Terrain to it, and then made sure it was checked in Nolan's Character Layer Manager, under Solid Layers.
