Help. Can't get UFPS to work!

I just bought UFPS. I tried following the Character Manager guide creating in the manual using the Atlas model and it looks like it doesn't set up the camera. I keep getting a "There is no look source attached to the character. " Error. Is there a tutorial that goes through the whole process of setting up a character? It seems like the docs are lacking this, as it stands, I have no clue how to use this thing.
 
Just tried the follow the first You-Tube video make a characterless controller and got the same error. "
Error: There is no look source attached to the character FirstPersonCharacter. Ensure the character has a look source attached. For player characters the look source is the Camera Controller, and AI agents use the Local Look Source. "
 
It doesn't sound like you have setup the camera controller. This video shows the process:
