which is the right gun?
I start the DEMO and got the gun.
it shows me 2 guns with me
when I run. another gun is shown in my side.

Do you see the second weapon also in the game view, or just in the scene view. I guess you just see the first, and third person weapons.

You said that you are using HDRP? HDRP is not supported by the demo scene so that is why you are likely having those problems. For HDRP make sure you follow the setup in your own scene:
