Thanks! Turns out I forgot to change the Animator Audio from Random to Sequence if any one has a similar problem!

Hi, I have an issue where after I use a melee weapon once, the IK completely stops on the character. I can't jump, swing again or even get the arms to move. I wonder if ive forgotten to do something? Here's the video of the problem: Many Thanks!
