Rotate 3rd Person Camera On Click

Hello ?. I'm new to this forum. Just got Ultimate Character Controller (Unity). As the title says, is there a way to only rotate the 3rd person camera only on click (like some MMORPG).

I want to always show cursor. When right mouse button is held, hide and lock cursor and rotate camera.

This actually how the Third Person RPG viewtype works, which you can check in the demo. You can change the input name (by default it's Fire1, left click) in the viewtype's settings, under "RPG".
