I don't think this plugin can solve my problem. Can I get a refund. I hope to receive a refund, as it is too expensive and cannot solve my problem,

All refund requests go through Unity at support@unity3d.com. If you've downloaded the asset though they will not give a refund.
What problem are you having though? Chances are there is a way to solve it

Hello, I bought this UCC asset package on the optive.com website, not on the Unity Asset Store. How can I get a refund?
For refunds we follow section 2.9 of the Asset Store EULA:

Last updated: January 1, 2023 What’s changed: The “Unity Contracting Party”, the Unity legal entity that provides the Unity Asset Store is now Unity Technologies SF.

Okay, I purchased it through PayPal or credit card, but this product does not meet my requirements, and the only package I downloaded has been deleted. Can't this process a refund? This amount is too expensive for me, but this product does not solve my problem. I hope you can help me handle the refund matter. thank you
