Which key to press to throw a grenade? The player keeps holding the grenade in hand, whatever the key you press. (Even mouse keys)

There are multiple ways to through the grenade in the demo scene. If the grenade is equipped in the right hand then the use ability throws it with the left mouse click. If you are referring to the secondary grenade then it's the g key. If this doesn't work for you I recommend creating a fresh project and comparing your setup to that of the demo scene with everything working.
