Virtual Controls are not working in mobile!

Hello, we are trying to integrate the Ultimate Character Controller in mobile phone. But the basic virtual controls are not working properly. Can we get a solution ASAP ? Thanks

I'm confident that it works - to force the controls to appear you can change the Force Input value on the Unity Input component to Virtual.
