Using the Animator Tasks

I am trying to use the animator tasks that come with Behaviour Designer. I am unable to find any documentation on how to use these. Is there an explanation of each included tasks anywhere? I can't find this on your support pages.

Specifically, I am trying to set an animation (FBX animation) on a game object (Rigged FBX character). I have tried to use the "crossfade" and "play" tasks, but I do not know how to set the Animation Name parameter to reference the animation clip.
