Set Enabled/Set Constraints just lock the AI agent into place so you won't necessarily see anything visual. You can check on the AI agent though to see the component being disabled and also the Rigidbody constraints being set.
Do they return a success after they do their thing?
I'm just a little confused because I deleted those out of the demo scene and saw no change in what was happening when playing
If the task is disabled they are treated as inactive so it's like they never run. Those two tasks don't have anything visual associated with them so you won't see the difference.
