Move all idle animation arms up

Is it posible to move up all the idle animations arms in front of the face? Right now all the demo idle animations arms are very low and i'd like move them up.
Maybe I have to change all the idle animations? but this could take some time.
I did look at the state system but there does not seem to be any idle state?
