How to enable fist fighting in third person controller

Hi there,

I watched

and also managed to get sword fighting working. But seeing the Atlas character in the demo is able to do close combat fighting, but I'm unable to do that with a character I created. Is there a guide or video explaining how to set up a similar fist and kick fighting animations?
