Error integrating UCC and Behavior Designer

Hello!

When I import the Ultimate Character Controller integration into my project for the Behavior Designer, I get the following error in the console:

Assets\Behavior Designer\Integrations\UltimateCharacterController\Editor\BehaviorDesignerIntegration.cs(22,6): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'OrderedEditorItem' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)

I redownloaded the asset, deleted the integration UCC folder from Behavior Designer, and reimported, but the error is still there.

I am running Third Person Controller version 3.1.3
Behavior Designer Version: 1.7.11

Thanks for any help you can give!

Well, I decided to upgrade and reinstall the Opsive assets, but got more errors (I probably did it incorrectly), so I'm going to start over again (I wasn't too far along), which will be good for me to do since I really want to learn the assets (creating a Character, creating weapons, pickups, etc). So will start from a fresh project and try to use the assets without going through the videos as much as I can.

The latest version of the integration does require version 3.2 of the character controller. I know you said that you are going to start again but if you want to use your existing project make sure you follow these steps when updating:

Thank you for the link! I was not able to find it earlier. I plan to move forward with a fresh project, it's good learning for me. It's helping me see areas of the asset I need to practice and areas I do not fully understand or perhaps areas that my brain for some reason does not want to commit to memory.

Hi, I don't know if this is related but I upgrade my UCC to version 3.2.2. Install Behaviour designer Pro. Import the integration to UCC and receive 170 errors. Maybe I did something wrong. Any way some clue?
Thanks,
R.

Did you download the correct integration? Based on those errors it's looking for Behavior Designer Pro, and not the original Behavior Designer.

Hi Justin,
Thanks for the quick response. I delete all the integrations, download it again and now No errors. It´s a bit connfusing because the new package is called Behaviour Designer Pro. In the download page the title it´s clear on this. But the package itself doesn´t have Pro in its name. Attached the download page.
Thanks.
R.
