[BUG] If IK target is not null reload animation is not played correctly

[BUG] If you set an IK target on a weapon to adjust the hand pose and it is not null the reload animation is not played correctly which means the hand stays on the ik position during the reload animation.
 

Not sure if Justin did expose the extra necessary IK stuff as I have been distracted with other stuff, but it was suppose to hapenn in ~2.1ish
