Behavior Designer Pro: Unable to Remove Asset using Package Manager

Minor request - allow Unity Package Manager to remove BD Pro.

1. BehaviorDesigner 2.1.12
2. Unity version 6.3 LTS 6000.3.3.f1
3. Reproduce:

1. Install BD Pro
2. Package Manager -> Remove asset from project

[Package Manager Window] Cannot remove the asset at Packages/com.opsive.behaviordesigner/Editor/Icons/BehaviorDesignerIcon.png: This asset is outside of the Assets folder.
UnityEngine.GUIUtilityrocessEvent (int,intptr,bool&)

This is outside our control - for now you need to delete the package manually.
