[BehaviorDesigner] StartStopUse would never stop when set WaitForUseComplete true

specifically, i'm doing a melee attack, i expect StartStopUse to return success after AnimatorItemUseComplete, but it never stop, so i guess maybe this is a bug, and here is my fix:
