UCC Camera issue

UCC camera only renders up to some distance.
i created a new project, and build it on android. it doesn't render the whole terrain. I changed farClipPlane, but it doesn't change. so I created a new camera child to the main camera. and activate it. then child camera renders everything. but the main camera doesn't.
it happens only on the build. in editor working perfectly with the main camera. and I only tested on android.
I am using Unity 2020.3, URP. tested on distance with 2000m.
 
I would try posting this on the Unity forums - the character controller doesn't change the rendering of the camera.
 
Yeah unfortunately this might be a thing with URP/Android, you may need to ask on the Unity forums as Justin suggested
