Switch Character

Hey everyone I have character I created but I want to change the character from a man to a woman is that possible or do I have to create the all the items again for her.

There are two things that come to my mind on what you can look into. 1) You can use a script or Playmaker (like I do) to assign the character to the camera. With that script or Playmaker, you can change the whole prefab of the character. You have to create the male and female prefab
with all the items you want to assign them.




2) You can look into UMA to switch the characters. I have not looked into UMA so I have no idea.

You should take a look at Unity's Prefab Variants. You can have your base prefab character have all the items setup, then have a separate variant for each different type of character you want - each variant can use overrides to change the model (or anything else really).
